THE PROJECT
The martini team crafted a 4,162 square-foot geometric, open-concept office space for Tangerine Developments. The space features a full commercial kitchen, multiple light-filled offices and meeting spaces, a warm wood-accented reception area, a free-flowing lounge area, and a distinctive angular design carried throughout.
Through precise mechanical execution, timely permits, high quality interior finishes and comprehensive general contracting, the martini team created a radiant and spacious workspace, that seamlessly blends function and aesthetics.
