Early involvement with Pre-Construction means a heavy influence on:

  • Final cost – since we’re involved from the start, we know just how to balance budget and quality for your particular project.
  • Efficiency – we know the plans, the vision, and the strategy intimately. This ensures efficient work.
  • Functionality – any project, regardless of size or scope, is built functionally when you keep the same team from start to finish. There’s less room for miscommunication.

 

How do we manage all of this? We have 2 things that give us an edge:

  1. An extensive database that details thorough cost information (which provides accurate cost estimates).
  2. A wide variety of design options that can be compared to your project.

Opting for this service ensures a streamlined process, as you only use 1 company for your entire project. Certain aspects of the project can overlap, which results in a quicker timeline (e.g. construction could begin while a portion of the building is still being designed).
