The martini team worked with Transword Xpress to complete a tenant improvement.
The site, which is located in Surrey, BC, was just a large, empty room. The martini team brought this project from vision to reality.
As seen in the photos, we worked closely with our client to provide 3D rendered drafts to show what the space would look like once it was completed.
This project illuminates our ability to use our market knowledge to improve a base building to a modern office.
We carried the process from development permit process and building design to construction.
