The Martini team was tasked to improve a commercial space to a working office.
Whenever a new tenant is secured, we draft drawings and budgets for the new space, submit all relevant permits, and handle all of the construction.
The site, which is located in Langley, BC, was an old office space that desperately needed an upgrade.
We were able to cost-effectively remodel the site to create a more welcoming space.
