The martini team completed a tenant improvement for Lorval Developments at the Vitrum Glass Group headquarters in Langley.
The site, which is located in Langley, BC, was just an open area located next to the food court. After careful planning, martini construction was able to provide multiple office spaces and a kitchen area.
With such a small area to work with, martini construction wanted to create a space that felt larger. This was done by creating glass offices right across from large windows, making it feel more open than it really is.
This project illuminates our ability to use our market knowledge to improve an industrial warehouse even when space is limited.
We carried the process from development permit process and building design to the improvement.
