The martini team was tasked to improve a commercial space to a working academy.
Whenever a new tenant is secured, we draft drawings and budgets for the new space, submit all relevant permits, and handle all of the construction.
Our main goal was to maximize the useable space so that more students could learn.
As seen by the photos, we were able to create many more rooms than originally thought possible.
This project illuminates our ability to plan and draft a space. Our in‑house creative team developed the project drawings and coordinated the permit submissions.
For each tenant improvement we work closely with the tenant to create the space that they dream of and make it a reality.
