The Martini team constructed six buildings with a total of 65 strata units.
The site, which is located in Surrey, BC, was a large lot that the Martini Group bought as a brown field site and cleared it for redevelopment and construction.
With such a large plot of land Martini Construction started the process in sections. This allowed us to start construction on the first section as the second section’s permits were still being processed.
This project has 4 main forward facing units. Front office and rear loading.
This project illuminates our ability to use our market knowledge to construct, develop, and sell industrial strata warehouses.
We carried the process from feasibility study, development permit process, building design and building construction, all the way to marketing, sales, and ownership handover. To this day, we also take on many of the required tenant improvements for our purchasers, highlighting our long lasting relationships.
