The Martini team was brought on to provide a turn-key solution to Dost Bike.
Whenever a new tenant is secured, we draft drawings and budgets for the new space, submit all relevant permits, and handle all of the construction.
The site, which is located in Port Coquitlam, BC, was an empty concrete unit that needed renovating to provide fresh, new life.
Martini Construction originally built the base building and the client appreciated our craftmanship so much that they also brought us on to coordinate the tenant improvements.
This project illuminates our ability to take an empty plot of land and design, budget, space plan, and construct a modern looking office space and warehouse.
