The martini team completed a tenant improvement for Chasers Fresh Juice at their new strata warehouse.
Chasers Fresh Juice needed some office space and room for two large, industrial fridges. They also needed a kitchen, as well as space to produce their nutritious and incredible tasting juice. With the help of our talented, in-house design team, we were successfully able to install these fridges as well as create plenty of room to prepare the juice.
This project illuminates our ability to design both warehousing space and office space even in an industrial strata warehouse.
We carried the process from development permit process, and building design to renovation construction.
