Linus contracted us to expand both sides of their facility with mezzanines, as they wished to incorporate more office space, new warehouse space, and a new custom workshop.
They also wanted to add another film studio.
Linus Media is an occupied film studio with special procedures and a restrictive schedule that could not be affected by construction.
Work had to be done between film shoots, and while the building was occupied. This created the need for a project broken up into several phases of construction.
It was imperative that our work did not impact day-to-day filming, which resulted in a lot of complex scheduling around shoots.
We were also in charge of relocating their workstations through several phases of construction.
This project reflects how our team can work under difficult and complicated circumstances.
We were able to schedule a multi-phase construction project for a building that was still operating during normal working hours.
