The Martini team improved and renovated this space on King George Highway for CEFA Early Learning Private School.
Whenever a new tenant is secured, we draft drawings and budgets for the new space, submit all relevant permits, and handle all of the construction
This project started with an empty building needing a kid friendly and learning atmosphere.
Martini Construction worked hand-in-hand with CEFA to maximize the space and provide a great space for kids to learn.
When designing a daycare we wanted to provide as much safety, security, and sunlight as possible. Certain design problems needed creative solutions. Such as the ideal location for nap rooms, bathrooms that are kid friendly, and an open concept for the classrooms.
This project shows just how close Martini Construction works with the tenants to provide an optimal space for their use case. CEFA Early Learning is an ideal example as it is such a unique space with challenges that needed creative solutions.
