The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and regulating construction projects. Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, time management, and impeccable organizational skills. You will be working directly with President, Superintendents other Project Managers and Design / Drafting Team.

The martini construction is currently looking for a full-time Carpenter for our Surrey sites. This position will play an integral role by executing what our team and clients have designed to completion. You will be working directly with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and our Design Staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Measure, shape, and assemble join materials made of wood, steel, and other materials
· Install finishing details, backing, and millwork
· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications
· Installation of doors and other hardware
· Other duties as required
Qualifications/Skills:
· Minimum 1-2 years experience in a finish carpenter role
· Valid BC Drivers License and reliable transportation is required
· Excellent communication skills
· Problem solving skills
· Strong attention-to-detail

martini construction is currently looking for a full-time Construction Labourer for our Port Coquitlam and Surrey site. This position will be required, but not limited to perform heavy lifting of up to 50lbs, assist tradespersons in construction activities, and handle various hand/power tools

· Load, unload, and move construction materials to work areas

Qualifications/Skills:
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding duties
· Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
· First Aid certification is an asset
· Safety training (fall arrest, WHMIS, etc.) is preferred
· Small equipment experience with boom and forklift is an asset
· Experience in a general contracting company is an asset
· Punctual and reliable
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
