Martini Construction was founded by Dennis Martini who was determined to break out of the ‘normal’ and into ‘extraordinary.' Unlike most construction firms who start off small, Dennis risked it all and purchased 2 sites to construct industrial strata.
During the economic downturn in 2007, most companies were forced to downsize but Martini Construction pushed forward.
Dennis saw this as an opportunity to expand into the tenant and office improvements industry and established long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers.
Now, Martini Construction is a turnkey service company that manages everything from concept design to development.
Our specialty is taking vacant plots of shell buildings and shell offices and evolving them into fully serviced and complete places of employment.
We have established strategic partnerships since 2004 to ensure we offer only the best services and price. Today, we are designing, developing, and constructing projects throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
Our design center provides our team with all the updated tools they need to design and demonstrate the newest trends to our clients.
Value Engineering – we analyze all our projects to ensure our customers get cost effective designs to meet all their needs.
We stick to the agreed-upon price – the final cost outlined in the contract we give you is what we follow. We never go over it unless you decide to add or adjust something during the process.
First-hand experience – we actually own real estate ourselves and know what it’s like to rent and manage real estate.
Innovation and in-house design team – we have in-house space designers, concept illustrators, and building designers. Our Team’s innovative ideas and designs are what makes us different and valuable to our clients.
We do everything from concept to project finishing – if you come to us with an idea, we can help you plan it out and bring it to reality. Even carpet installation and intricate finishing details are done by us before we hand over your keys.
