The building owner of Richards brought us on to provide a turn-key solution to the planning and construction process. This is an on-going partnership.
Whenever a new tenant is secured, we provide concepts and budgets for the new space, submit all relevant permits and handle all of the construction.
New tenants in a commercial building equal redesign and space improvement. Sometimes that can create chaos, especially for the tenants already settled in their part of the building.
Plus, landlords become overwhelmed with the sheer amount of steps that are a part of planning and construction.
We’re given complete responsibility for each new tenant concept that comes in.
The landlord simply signs off on the lease and gives the new tenant their plan and build allowance. We handle everything else.
This project is an excellent example of how the martini construction team simplifies projects that may come across as complex and stressful.
