Hart Capital Management is a 1,200 square-foot open-concept office tenant improvement designed and constructed by the martini construction team. The result is a modern, efficient, and inviting workspace tailored to support both client engagement and team productivity.
This project features bare concrete walls, an exposed brick feature wall, a large open concept layout to blend professional and personal communication seamlessly, natural wood floors brightening the space, and an overall urban-sharp energy throughout.
The unique interior design is at the client’s request of an ‘industrial’ look, to support their brand identity and create a space that feels both modern and grounded, for a cohesive workplace. This was achieved through the use of exposed ductwork, raw steel accents, and that brick feature wall, blending aesthetics with equally important functionality.
This project demonstrates Martini Construction’s ability to design, coordinate, and construct according to our client’s vision, no matter the request.
