THE PROJECT
CEFA Captain’s Cove is a 7,611 square-foot early learning space located in Delta, featuring 6 spacious classrooms with natural wood accents, designed to support the learning needs of 98 students. Equipped with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and 3 purpose-built outdoor play environments. Our construction of this space supports a strong foundation for countless students beginning their early education.
Delivering comprehensive in-house design services, including exterior, interior, and overall mechanical design, the martini team also supported the CEFA Captain’s Cove team with permits and general contracting, ensuring seamless and efficient project execution from start to finish.
THE PROBLEM WE SOLVED:
The martini team was tasked by the CEFA Captain’s Cove team to create a safe, interactive, and colourful space that supports a nurturing and engaging early learning environment. They delivered comprehensive design and construction services, including interior and exterior planning, mechanical systems, and sustainable material selection. By focusing on natural light, vibrant colors, and child-friendly layouts, the martini team ensured the facility promotes exploration and creativity while meeting all safety and regulatory standards.
