THE PROJECT
Haven Dental is a 1,774-square-foot boutique dental hygiene clinic located in White Rock, BC. The martini team completed a comprehensive tenant improvement, delivering a modern, spa-inspired clinic featuring fully equipped treatment rooms, custom millwork, specialized dental plumbing and HVAC systems, and high-end finishes throughout.
The martini team provided in-house exterior and interior, as well as overall mechanical design. Supplying the Haven Dental team with permits and general contracting services to ensure a smooth and efficient project execution from start to finish.
THE PROBLEM WE SOLVED:
Haven Dental wanted a space that felt like a sleek spa, however, still provided cohesive comfort and care. To bring that vision to life, our team focused on blending premium aesthetics with clinical functionality, incorporating warm wood accents, ambient lighting, balancing the look of luxury while still maintaining practicality.
