The Martini team planned, improved, and renovated this 2,015 square-foot office space for Transworld Xpress.
The site, which is located in Surrey, BC, was an empty office space. After careful planning, martini construction was able to provide multiple office spaces, a reception area, a boardroom and a kitchen area.
This project illuminates our ability to use our market knowledge to improve industrial strata warehouse even when space is limited.
We oversaw the project from the development permit process through to completing the building improvements.
