The Martini team constructed a industrial strata warehouse.
The site, which is located in Surrey, BC, is right next to a green belt. Martini Construction was able to obtain permits and construct a strata lot.
Completely transforming a plot of land from an empty lot into a working strata light industrial warehouse.
This project illuminates our ability to use our market knowledge to construct industrial strata warehouse efficiently.
We carried the process from development permit process, building design and building construction, all the way to marketing. To this day, we also take on many of the required tenant improvements for our purchasers.
