Th martini team constructed a industrial strata warehouse with office space on the top.
Our client hired us to transform an empty lot to a desired commercial location.
martini construction planned, submitted the permits, and completed constructed on the building. Including one of the tenant improvements, Dost Bikes.
This project illuminates our ability to use our market knowledge to construct industrial strata warehouse.
We oversaw the project from the development permit process, through planning and construction, right through to the marketing stage. To this day, we also take on many of the required tenant improvements for our purchasers.
